What we repair
These are the units that go across the bench every day. If yours is not listed, ask: more often than not it is the same electronics in a different housing.
Bed control boxes
The control boxes that drive the mattress platform, the backrest and the legs. When one fails, the bed stays in whatever position it was in.
Handsets
The hand control and its cable. The fault is almost always in the cable or the keypad membrane, not in the bed.
Nurse call
Patient call buttons and room units from the nurse call system. This is the equipment that cannot be out of service.
