Who owns this website

What this shop is, and what it is not

This website is a repair catalogue. It is not an online shop: there is no basket, no payment gateway, and nothing is charged here.

Prices are shown to trade customers who have registered and been verified by CMOX. They are excluding VAT, because these are business-to-business sales. Each repair is agreed by email or by phone, and that is when the lead time, the shipping and the payment terms are settled.

A price published here is what it costs to repair that unit under normal conditions. It is not a commitment that any particular unit can be fixed: that is known once it is opened and put on the test bench, and if it cannot, we say so.

Using this website

You may use this website to browse the catalogue and to get in touch with us. By creating an account you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you represent the company you say you represent: that is exactly what the verification is for.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you believe someone else has got into your account, write to us and we will close it.

CMOX may deactivate an account if it detects misuse or if the trade-customer condition stops being met. Deactivating it closes the session immediately; the data is kept as set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The text, the photographs and the design of this site belong to CMOX. The photographs are of equipment repaired in our own workshop, not stock imagery.

The manufacturer names and part references that appear in the catalogue — Linak, Dewert, Alcad, Zettler and the rest — belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to identify the equipment being repaired. CMOX is not affiliated with any of those manufacturers and is not their authorised service centre.

Liability

We do our best to keep what is here accurate and up to date, but a listing may contain an error. If something does not add up, write to us and we will correct it.

This site links to cmox.es and to little else. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites that may be reached from here.

Applicable law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law imposes a different jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
