Typical symptoms
- The chair or bed does not articulate.
- It stops halfway through the travel.
- It ignores the handset but responds to the control panel.
- It runs hotter than it should.
The repair includes
- Bench diagnosis before anything is touched.
- Replacement of the components that failed, not of the whole board.
- Load testing for long enough that an intermittent fault shows up.
- A report with the results of those tests.
- Shipping both ways, at our expense.
Turnaround
Ten working days from the moment the unit reaches the bench.
Warranty
Six months. If the unit comes back with the same fault within that time, we look at it again at no charge.
