Cookie policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

The short version

This shop uses two things: a cookie to keep you signed in when you enter your account, which is essential and cannot be refused, and Google Analytics, which is only installed if you accept it.

If you press “Refuse” in the banner, Google’s script is not even downloaded. It is not that it loads and does not measure: it never exists on the page at all.

Exactly which ones

Necessary — cannot be refused

It only appears if you sign in to your account. If you just browse the catalogue, none is set. It needs no prior consent because without it the service you asked for — signing in — cannot be provided.

Measurement — only if you accept

They are used to know how many people come in, which repairs they look for and where they arrive from. They are not used for advertising and are not cross-referenced with anything else, and the IP address is truncated before being stored.

How to change your mind

Your choice is stored in the browser itself, not on a server of ours. It is cleared by wiping the site data from your browser settings, and the next time you come back it will ask you again.

You can also block cookies from the browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which switches them off across every website at once.

What there is not

  • Advertising. No social-network pixels, no remarketing.
  • Heatmaps and session recordings.
  • Embedded social buttons, which measure even when nobody clicks them.
  • Third-party fonts or resources: everything is served from this domain.

Apart from Google Analytics — and only if you accept it — this shop calls no server other than our own.

Where the rest is

What personal data is collected, what for, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights is in the privacy policy.
