Repair
Linak CB12
Control box for articulated beds
The control box that drives the actuators of a Linak bed. When it fails, the bed usually stops responding to one of the movements, or goes completely dead. Nearly always it is an output stage or the power supply, not the whole board.

Typical symptoms

- Nothing powers up, with the handset plugged in and mains present.
- It works from cold and stops after a while.
- You can hear the relay but the actuator does not move.
The repair includes
- Bench diagnosis before anything is touched.
- Replacement of the components that failed, not of the whole board.
- Load testing for long enough that an intermittent fault shows up.
- A report with the results of those tests.
- Shipping both ways, at our expense.
