How it works
From your store room to the bench and back
There is no basket and no payment up front, and that is deliberate: until the board is on the bench, nobody can honestly tell you what it costs to repair.
- 01
You tell us
Make, model and what it is doing. That is usually enough for us to say whether it can be fixed and where that unit tends to fail.
- 02
You send it in
Write to us before sending anything: we confirm whether it can be fixed and where to send it. We pay the shipping, both ways.
- 03
Diagnosis and quote
The unit goes on the bench. We measure supply, signal, current draw and temperature, and you get the price and the lead time before anything is touched. If repairing it is not worth it, we say so.
- 04
Repair and testing
What failed is replaced and the board goes back on the bench: under load, at temperature, and for long enough that an intermittent fault shows up.
- 05
Back to you, with the report
The unit is returned with the test results. You know what was changed and what was checked.
