Typical symptoms
- One particular movement does not work and the rest do.
- It resets itself or restarts when weight is applied.
- A burnt smell, or a visible mark on the board.
- An intermittent fault that appears with use.
The repair includes
- Bench diagnosis before anything is touched.
- Replacement of the components that failed, not of the whole board.
- Load testing for long enough that an intermittent fault shows up.
- A report with the results of those tests.
- Shipping both ways, at our expense.
Turnaround
Ten working days from the moment the unit reaches the bench.
Warranty
Six months. If the unit comes back with the same fault within that time, we look at it again at no charge.
